Aitta keeps your home appliances, maintenance, warranties and documents in order. You focus on living. In Finnish, for Finnish homes.

ALL HOME INFORMATION IN ONE PLACE
From washing machines to air-to-air heat pumps, each appliance has its own card. Warranty, user manual and maintenance history can be found in one place.

SMART YEAR CLOCK
Guttering in the fall, gutters in the spring, chimney sweeping before the heating season. Aitta reminds you at the right time and takes the forecast of the Finnish Meteorological Institute into account. When frost is approaching, you will be reminded about outdoor taps, and after heavy snowfall, about snow loads on the roof.

DATA FROM THE NAMEPLATE DIRECTLY TO THE APP
Take a picture of the device's nameplate. Aitta recognizes the brand, model, serial number, energy class and year of manufacture and fills in the information for you. No need to type by hand.

HOME, COTTAGE AND INVESTMENT PROPERTY IN THE SAME APPLICATION
Change your property with the click of a button. An offline mode is designed for cottage use: you can browse devices, mark maintenance as done and add notes without a network. Changes are synchronized when the connection is restored.

FAMILY INCLUDES THE SAME RIGHTS
Invite your spouse, parents or partner with an email link. Everyone can mark maintenance as done, and the information is visible to everyone. No shared passwords are needed: everyone logs in with their own IDs.
MAINTENANCE HISTORY THAT HAS VALUE
Mark the maintenance performed and save receipts and warranty certificates. When the apartment is sold, the entire history can be found in one place. The application compiles the work done into a ready-made list for household deduction.
