About this game

Amber Run is an endless corridor. You run. The deck gets faster. The hazards get meaner. The record stays on your phone.
Hold the phone in landscape. Tilt the far edge away to jump. Keep the right side lower than the left to slide. On-screen buttons are there if you want them. A keyboard works too.
WHAT YOU ARE RUNNING THROUGH
Panels slide past in amber, gold, and deep color. A fleet of ships crosses the starfield above you. The floor is a single lit grid. Deadly obstacles flash red at the edge so you can see them before they end a life.
HOW A RUN WORKS
You start with three lives. Hit something that can kill you and you dematerialize in a scatter of light, then reform in the same place and keep going. Clear ten hazards and the deck gives you another life. When the last life is gone, the whole screen beams out.
Not everything in the corridor is a wall.
• A blue-uniform figure warbles in from the direction you are running. Touch it and you glow blue. The next three hazards you hit spend that charge instead of a life.
• An orange fire-wreathed figure in a red uniform comes the other way. Jump it or slide it. Touch it and you burn a life.
• Once in a long while, a tall green lizard stands in the lane. It does not negotiate. Get over it.
Score builds as you survive and chain clean passes. Speed ramps as the sector climbs. Your best deck record is saved on the device. Nothing about that score is sent anywhere.
