Ratings and reviews

Frustration and Unreliable. They are constantly switching bank partners and when they do it causes disruption to your account. It just feels like you have to endure so much effort n Frustration to use this app that it's not worth it. the whole time that I've been on this app, 3yrs, I've had this unsettling feeling that my money is not secure and that they will go out of business anytime now. the ratings speak for itself.

Editing to add now years later they are emailing me harassing me about taking money from my personal bank account. I initiated a transfer of my money back into my bank account July 2nd. It has yet to clear my account. I have reached out to the support staff and been meet with an auto reply more than once. They are completely unhelpful. I have everything set up for account verification as well, so there's no reason for the delay. Zero stars would be given if possible.

Do NOT use this app. I was using their high yield interest account and there is $100 dollars that disappeared. I checked my bank to make sure the transaction went through, and it shows up in AnchorUSD's transaction log, but the balance had not changed. I reached out to them over a month ago and have sent nearly 10 follow up emails and no one has given me a solid update. If they can't even handle a small $100 dollar transaction, then I would not trust them with higher amounts.
