Please note: There are errors on some Pixel 6 and Google S22 phones. They include: the sit and stand heights may not save, app may not switch between one-touch and constant touch, desk height may not calibrate, and the desk may reverse movement slightly when using the app's arrow buttons. MOVEMENT REMINDERS
Build a healthier, more active, and rewarding work routine by adding more movement throughout the day with convenient reminders to switch from sitting or standing at selected timed intervals.

DAILY STANDING GOAL
Motivate yourself to move more with a daily standing goal.

TRACK PROGRESS
Track the amount of time spent standing, calories burned, and number of sit/stand transitions over days, weeks, months, and years.

MEMORIZED HEIGHTS
Save favorite sitting and standing heights.

ONE-TOUCH RAISE & LOWER
One tap on the app will raise or lower the desk to a saved height. Especially handy if using a desk hammock.

SET MIN & MAX HEIGHTS
Set stop limits to trigger before the desk impacts shelves above or cabinets below.

CALIBRATE DESK HEIGHT
Calibrate the displayed height on the desk's keypad and app's Home screen. Especially useful to account for the additional height added by casters.

QUICK DESK RESET
Perform a desk reset with one touch of a button.

SET YOUR WORK DAY
Set the days and hours you work and the app will only remind you to move during those times.

COMPATIBILITY
Compatible with all UPLIFT height adjustable desks and the UPLIFT E7 Standing Desk Converter.

Your privacy matters—the app doesn’t collect, store, or share any of your personal or desk usage data with anyone, including your company or ours. It’s your information only.

Ratings and reviews

The app doesn't display properly on my phone, the functionality of the Bluetooth adapter does not tie into the desk controller at all so sitting and standing heights are not available and have to be done separately. I didn't bother with the app once I realized that the settings were different between the app and the desk panel.

It is completely unnecessary to require background permissions and even worse to make the app useless without granting it because it just keeps spamming the request. I assume this is for the sit/stand notification that I have no intention of using. My cat could vibe code a better app than this.

Save yourself the money and don't buy the Bluetooth dongle. Easily the worst design app that I have the unfortunate necessity to use on a daily basis. Requires unnecessary permissions, forces you to allow you to run it in the background, and the UX and overall system design is highly inept. Again, save yourself from this app money and don't buy the dongle. Or better yet, get another desk.
