About this app

Anons is a news app designed to help you quickly keep up with what's happening in your city.

Select your city, start the feed
When you select your city, the feed prioritizes that city, with nationwide news shuffling in the background. You can switch to another city at any time.

Full-screen, swipe feed
News comes in full-screen visuals and videos. Visual news stays on the screen for a few seconds, videos play for their own duration. You can swipe to go to the next news item.

Anyone can submit news
When something happens in your city, you can take photos or videos with your camera and send them. Every submitted piece of content goes through moderation before being published.

Save, share, get notifications
You can save news you want to read later, share those that interest you, and receive notifications for important developments.

Simple and ad-free
There are no ads within the app. The feed works according to city and time, not according to a recommendation engine that measures what you're watching.

Account
You can log in with your Google account.

Content Reporting
You can report content you find inappropriate from within the app. Reports are forwarded to the moderation team.
