Ratings and reviews

Registered by phone as instructed, the app will not let me log in because it says I'm NOT registered, then it wouldn't allow me to create an account because it says I AM already registered. It won't allow me to reset the password because it says I am NOT registered. So which is it? It is useless so far... please help.

we stopped using the art bus a long time ago when a driver would not listen. when I told him my daughter gets motion sickness and suggested shortest path but he went out of his way and made her so sick. we haven't used it for years now.
