This app is confusing, you pay to book a trip, then the next day it says you didn't book a trip, FIX THIS APP, MAKE IT EASIER FOR PEOPLE TO USE AND UNDERSTAND, Stop hiding stuff behind other stuff, making people jump through hoops of fire, just to open the app. I'm going back to UBER

I tried to add $10 to my account for a few rides and while it did take the money from my bank, it did not add any funds to my account. (I had to pay for the ride in cash. driver was nice and friendly) It's been about a day now and the money hasn't shown up yet. My support ticket I made that day remains unanswered.

Registered by phone as instructed, the app will not let me log in because it says I'm NOT registered, then it wouldn't allow me to create an account because it says I AM already registered. It won't allow me to reset the password because it says I am NOT registered. So which is it? It is useless so far... please help.
