Attendee Scan turns any phone into a fast, reliable check-in scanner for your event gate — built to keep moving even when the venue Wi-Fi can't.

Scan tickets — Point the camera at a ticket QR code and get an instant OK / WARNING / DENY result, with sound and haptic feedback so staff can work heads-up at the door.

Works offline — The full guest roster downloads to the device before doors open. Scans are validated locally and queued, then sync to your backend automatically when the connection returns. No signal, no problem.

Look up guests — Can't find a ticket? Search the roster by name and check someone in manually.

See it live — Real-time checked-in vs. capacity and a breakdown by ticket type, so you always know how full the room is.

Scan-only device mode — Hand a phone to a volunteer with a short event code. It binds to one event, in scan-only mode, with no access to your admin account.

Private by design — The camera is used only to read QR codes; ticket codes are never stored on the device in the clear. No ads, no third-party tracking, no analytics.
