About this app

Automan Mobile is a field companion app for stores that use Automan. Staff use their phones to sell, perform service, and serve customers — the records are automatically entered into the store's inventory, cash register, and bookkeeping.

YOUR STORE ACCOUNT IS REQUIRED
This app isn't a standalone app. You need two things:
1. A store that already uses Automan (the web app), and
2. A username created by your store owner.

There's no self-registration within the app, and it can't be tried without an account. Store owners who haven't yet used Automan can start at https://automan.website

CONNECT TO THE AUTOMAN PLATFORM
This app is the field gateway to Automan, which has 27 ready-to-use modules on the web side — including Autonomous WhatsApp, which sends its own messages instead of providing templates you have to click through.

NEW IN THIS VERSION
• Pressing PAY immediately opens the payment screen. Previously, the app had to wait for the network, and on weak signals, that wait felt long.
• The customer selector displays ALL store customers, not just the first 500.
• The service card lists who received, inspected, processed, and delivered the item, along with the time.
• Synchronization saves data usage: only changed data is downloaded.

FOR MOBILE SALES
• Receive items from the store and sell them directly at the customer's location
• The catalog only displays items in your vehicle
• Store promotions are calculated independently, including the remaining purchase amount to ensure the promotion is valid
• Pay by cash, transfer, or credit card; Changes are calculated instantly
• Customer points appear when billing and can be redeemed on the same screen
• Collect receivables and print receipts
• Accept returns on-site
• Hand over items to another employee via QR code
• End-of-day deposits: cash and remaining items are calculated in the app
• Add new customers without waiting in the office

FOR SERVICE TECHNICIANS
• Scan a QR sticker or QR receipt, and the unit will be found immediately without typing a code
• View handling history: who received, who checked, who worked on, who delivered, along with the time and date
• Take jobs from the queue
• Record work progress with the ACTION and RESULT buttons, with virtually no typing required
• Record spare parts used and additional services
• Attach photo evidence from the camera

FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
• Search for service by receipt code, name, or customer phone number
• Cost estimates appear on the confirmation card
• Record decisions Customers AGREE or REJECT with one button
• View the job queue by stage

APPLICABLE TO ALL ROLES
• Works without a signal: transactions are stored on the phone and automatically send once the network is back
• Data on the phone is stored in an encrypted database
• The shipping queue maintains order: returns follow the sales invoice
• The "Need Attention" screen displays server-rejected shipments, so nothing gets secretly lost
• PIN lock and offline login for users who have previously logged in on that device
• Print receipts via 58mm and 80mm Bluetooth thermal printers
• Scan QR codes and barcodes
• Location recording only while the app is open, with no background permissions

MENU FOLLOWS YOUR ACCESS RIGHTS
What appears on your screen is determined by the modules active in your store and the access rights granted by the store owner. One person can hold multiple roles simultaneously.

WHAT REQUIRES SIGNAL
Several steps require a network connection because they involve shared data: linking devices and initial login, receiving a load, making an end-of-day deposit, redeeming points, scanning service stickers, listing and detailing service jobs, searching on the customer service side, the WhatsApp screen, and My Salary. The rest can still be done without a signal.

PRIVACY
Data from this app goes to the store's server where you work, not to third parties. Location recording is only enabled if the store owner has enabled it, explained before permission is requested, and stops when the app is closed.

Kelengkapan barang servis kini tampil sebagai namanya — CHARGER, KARDUS, SOFTCASE — bukan lagi deretan angka panjang di layar Penyerahan, kartu Info, dan Detail Pekerjaan.

Nama pelanggan dan nama petugas tidak lagi bisa hilang dari layar bayar dan dari nota cetak ketika nama panggilannya belum diisi; aplikasi memakai nama lengkapnya.

Pencarian pelanggan kini ikut membaca nama lengkap, bukan hanya nama panggilan.
