About this app

QratedBake plans the bake for bakery cafés. Every morning your store gets a production sheet built from its own sales, the weather and what is happening in town. The QratedBake app puts that plan, and how the day is going, in the owner's and manager's pocket.

The app is for bakeries that already use QratedBake. You sign in with the email your owner or manager put on the staff list, using a 6 digit code sent to that email. There is nothing to buy in the app.

WHAT YOU SEE
• Today's production sheet: pieces to bake and make, by section, and when the sheet was ready
• Prep progress: how many items the crew has checked off on the kitchen tablet, and what is left
• The last 7 days: waste as a share of sales, items that sold out early, and money left on the table from leftovers and missed sales
• Week by week: twelve weeks of waste and money graphs, with the numbers behind them
• Busier and slower days: local events and holidays already planned into your sheet, closed days and today's hours
• Day notes from your team, next to this day last year

WHAT YOU CAN DO
• Answer "Were you closed?" when a day sold far less than usual, so future sheets stay accurate
• Mark days the store will be closed, or open only part of the day
• Tell QratedBake about a busier or slower day coming up
• Keep the staff list and roles up to date
• Choose whether the morning sheet also comes to your email
• Delete your account from Account at any time

What you see depends on your bakery's QratedBake plan and your role. The crew keeps working from the kitchen tablet, exactly as before.
