About this app
Bécane is the app for motorcycle rides with other bikers. Organize a ride, join one with other riders near you, ride together, and find your route when you arrive.
RIDE SOLO OR WITH OTHERS
• A "Ride" button: head out for a solo ride with a single tap, or suggest a ride to your friends.
• Create a loop from your location: choose a distance or duration, Normal, Winding, or Very Winding, and Bécane will map out winding backroads for you.
• Plan a route from A to B by placing your waypoints on the map.
• Modify your route: move points with your finger, add, name, and reorder your waypoints, either on the map or in a list.
• Attach the route to your ride: the whole group can see and follow it, with an alert if you stray from the route.
• Find all your routes in your profile.
FIND OR CREATE A RIDE
• Motorcycle rides around you on the map, within a radius of your choice (from 5 to 100 km).
• Create your ride in seconds: date, starting point, number of places, description.
• Choose who can see it: everyone, your friends, or only some of them.
• The weather forecast at the start, directly on the ride details.
• Don't have a motorcycle? Join the ride as a passenger, a "sandbag."
RIDE TOGETHER
• During the ride, see the position of other riders in the group live on the map.
• 3D view for navigation and instant speed.
• Pause and resume the ride so that the stats reflect the actual riding time.
• One chat per ride to organize before, during, and after.
YOUR ROUTE AND YOUR STATS
• Your GPS track recorded during the ride, even on a locked screen.
• The end report: route map, distance, riding time, average and maximum speeds.
• Your cumulative stats, ride by ride and bike by bike.
• A recap image to share.
THE BIKER MAP
• Biker bars, mountain passes, viewpoints, restaurants, garages: places added by the community and verified before publication.
• Vote for the best spots and submit your photos.
YOUR FRIENDS AND YOUR GARAGE
• Find your friends already on Bécane from your contacts, invite others.
• Your garage: all your bikes, with photos.
• Trophies to unlock by organizing, riding, and sharing.
• Rate the organizer after each ride.
SIMPLE AND RESPECTFUL
• Log in with your phone number, no password required.
• Your number is never shown to other bikers. • Your location is only recorded during an activity you started, and recording stops when the activity ends.
• You can hide your profile, report or block a user, and delete your account at any time from the app.

What’s new
Nouveau : le guidage vocal. Une voix française annonce chaque virage, rond-point et étape, même écran verrouillé, et baisse la musique le temps de l'annonce. Bandeau de guidage façon GPS, recalcul automatique si tu rates un virage, étapes jamais sautées, cockpit plein écran en paysage ou portrait, trajet à venir en orange. Bonne route !
