About this app

BeeQueen is the companion app for agency teams who plan and run field marketing actions. It brings the day's actions, the crews behind them and the conversations that keep them moving into one place, so a project manager can work from the street instead of from a desk.

An account is required
BeeQueen is used by staff of agencies that run their operations. Your agency's administrator creates your account. There is no public sign-up, and the app cannot be used without an account.

Your actions, wherever you are
• Every action your company has planned, with status, date, time, action type, crew composition and transport at a glance.
• Search by action name, code, city, client, project or action leader.
• Filter on ten dimensions — action name, project, action type, action code, channel, location, client, company, action team and action leader — plus status and a date range.

The full picture of an action
• The day as a timeline: pick-up, travel, build-up, the event itself, clean-up and the trip back, with total, on-event and pre/after-action hours worked out for you.
• Who is booked, who is still pending, and how many slots are open, role by role.
• Client, project, action leader, controller and the contact on site.
• Event details: location and address, warehouse, transport, projected samples and contacts, location fee and team cost.

Talk to the people on the ground
• A group conversation for every action, created automatically once the action is planned.
• Direct messages with ambassadors and colleagues.
• Notifications when a message arrives, so you hear about a problem on site while there is still time to fix it.
• Archive conversations you have finished with, and start your own groups when you need one.

Built for agencies with more than one company
Switch between the companies you belong to, or see all of them at once, with every action labelled by the company it belongs to.

Permissions
BeeQueen asks to send you notifications so you can be told about new messages. You can turn this off in your device settings at any time.
