Belegify: Manage receipts instead of doing bookkeeping.

Take a photo of the receipt, add a short voice note, and you're done. In just a few seconds, the receipt is scanned, checked, assigned to the correct client, and saved as an accounting-ready PDF for DATEV, Lexware, sevDesk, or Qonto.

... HOW IT WORKS

1) Take a photo of the receipt, select it from your gallery, or send it to your Belegify inbox via email.

2) Add a voice note or short description: "Restaurant last night, with Maier and Schmidt, tip €8."

3) AI reads the merchant, date, gross, net, tax rates, and category.

4) Receipt verification and plausibility check; incomplete receipts are actively displayed.

5) Transfer to DATEV, Lexware, sevDesk, or Qonto, or directly to your tax advisor's receipt email address upon request.

WHAT BELEGIFY CAN DO

- OCR and AI analysis of cash register receipts, invoices, and other receipts

- Entertainment receipt according to § 4 EStG (German Income Tax Act) with attendees, occasion, tip, and signature

- Multiple clients (holding company and subsidiaries) with their own export destinations

- Dedicated email inbox for supplier invoices

- Qonto synchronization: Receipts are automatically matched to bank transactions

- Bot assistant: Just ask ("Where's my gas receipt from Tuesday?")

- GoBD-compliant with SHA-256 hash, audit trail, and EU hosting

Plan selection and payment are done on belegify.app in your browser. You access your account in the app. The free plan starts without a credit card.

GDPR AND DATA PROTECTION

- All data is stored in the EU (Supabase Frankfurt, Vercel EU)

- Data processing agreements are in place with all sub-processors

- AI processing without data storage at the provider (Zero Data Retention)
