About this app

Between Crew brings together your workday on your mobile device for those of you working out at the customer. Keep track of your assignments and register your work where it happens.

With Between Crew you can:
• View scheduled jobs, addresses and customer information
• Check in and out of jobs and register hours
• Document your work with photos, videos and attachments
• Fill out forms and checklists related to the job
• Stay in touch with colleagues and receive notifications
• Follow up on quotes and invoices when you have access

The information is gathered around the job, so that the team and the office have what they need to follow up on the work.

Location-based check-in and check-out
When you choose automatic check-in and check-out, Between Crew uses your location in the background, even when the app is closed or not in use, to register arrival and departure at work locations for jobs you have been assigned. This supports timekeeping without having to have the app open. You choose whether to activate the feature, and you can switch to manual check-in and check-out in the settings. The location is not used for advertising.

Between Crew is used in conjunction with your company's Between account. Available features depend on your company's setup and the permissions you've been granted.
