BH Dispatch is the mobile app for field-service businesses on the BH Dispatch platform: locksmiths, plumbers, HVAC, garage door, junk removal and any team that sends technicians to jobs. One app, two modes: the office runs the business, and each technician gets their own jobs.

FOR THE OFFICE
• Jobs board: every job with its customer, address, price, technician and status
• Add a new job in seconds, for now or for a scheduled time
• Dispatch board: assign waiting jobs to your technicians
• Calls and texts on your business number, with call history and one-tap callback (when your business has a phone line)
• Customers, partner companies, technicians and reports in one place
• Approvals: check a technician's closed job before it counts
• Team: invite office staff and choose what each person may do

FOR TECHNICIANS
• Job alerts the moment the office sends you a job
• Accept a job, or send it back to the board
• Tap "On my way" and "Arrived", then close the job with the total
• Chat with the office about any job

BH Dispatch is for businesses that use the BH Dispatch platform. Sign in with the account your business set up for you; there is no sign-up in the app.

What’s new

Incoming calls: answer right from the lock screen on a full call screen, and every call rings, even one right after another. A call you didn't answer now shows as missed. Address suggestions near your business on every address field. Setup: the trade you pick decides your services, and we ask when your website looks like a different business. Many fixes.
