Our marketing tools are simple to use but still allow plenty of customization so agents can select their photo, logo, property photos, color palette, custom questions, follow up text messages, and their preferred lender. Custom broker/team templates are also available by request too.

Every lead is verified so agents don't waste time with fake info. Plus, Curb Hero automatically extracts background details like social profiles, occupation and education background for many leads - further unlocking marketing personalization afterwards.

The Open House sign-in feature has multiple layouts, works offline, and features a QR code for a touchless sign-in option and to use in print marketing. We've also added more controls within the Open House sign-in so agents can skip questions, restart from the beginning of the sign-in and add notes without interrupting the sign-in flow.

This app is so efficient, and easy to get started. The first time I used it, I literally got up and running while setting up at an Open House. It takes like 30 seconds for a visitor to sign in. I really like the text notification feature that allows me to take notes on my phone of the guests' likes, dislikes, etc., and have those immediately uploaded to the visitors contact information which uploads to my CRM.

Used on a S21. This so far has been the most functional for me. I like how fast I can create the open house event. I like the follow up features and being able to plug anything into this area. You can pair your lender. You can write notes for each guest. You can create follow ups. You can launch your open house from the app or bring a laptop and launch, I use them both. Customer Service team is always prompt to help me and I am always needing them on a weekend. Give them a try!
