About this app

BLOCO Scan is the door app for organisers who sell tickets on BLOCO. Sign in with your BLOCO organiser account, pick your event and start scanning.

FAST AT THE DOOR
• Scan a ticket's QR code and get a clear answer in under a second: admit, already scanned, refunded, unpaid or blocked.
• Different sounds and vibrations for admit and refuse, for a noisy door.
• Enter a code by hand when a screen is cracked or a QR code won't read.

ONE LIST ACROSS EVERY DOOR
• Every phone on the event shares the same guest list, refreshed every few seconds.
• Each scan is checked with BLOCO, so a ticket used at another entrance is refused straight away.
• Tickets blocked by the organiser show as Blocked, with the reason, on every phone.

WORKS WITHOUT SIGNAL
• The guest list downloads to the phone, so scanning carries on when the venue's signal drops.
• Scans made offline are kept on the phone and uploaded automatically when signal returns.

TIMED ENTRY AND DOOR RATES
• Tickets with an entry cut-off are flagged when they arrive late.
• Take the door rate and let them in, or refuse entry. Both are recorded.

GUEST LIST AND LIVE NUMBERS
• Search any guest by name, email or order number.
• See who's in, who's still to come, and arrivals as the night goes on.
• Undo a check-in made by mistake.

YOUR TEAM
• Invite door staff to your organisation and choose what they can do.

BLOCO Scan needs a BLOCO organiser account, or an invitation from an organiser. It does not sell tickets.
