A space to understand how you feel and make time for your wellbeing.
BLS therapy brings together guided audio, reflective writing and themed programs to support your self-care practice. Choose an exercise for the moment or explore a program at your own pace.
BILATERAL STIMULATION
The audio includes sounds that alternate between the left and right ears. Use headphones to hear this alternation. You can also choose visual options to accompany your listening from the player preferences.
DIFFERENT WAYS TO PRACTICE
• Meditation and visualization: explore attention, body awareness, imagination and self-compassion.
• Writing and journaling: put thoughts, feelings and experiences into words, with space for personal reflections.
• Affirmations: guided audio for exploring acceptance, confidence and a kinder relationship with yourself.
• Themed programs: explore calm, relationships, self-esteem, habits, focus and other everyday experiences.
• Rest and stories: exercises and stories to accompany your bedtime routine. Find stories for adults and children's content to share with an adult's guidance.
• Music and nature: discover ambient music and soundscapes to accompany your practice.
A MOMENT TO PAUSE
The SOS section brings together short practices for pausing, breathing and bringing attention back to the present during difficult moments. It is a self-care resource, not an emergency service.
YOUR PRACTICE, AT YOUR PACE
Explore content in English and Spanish, choose a light or dark appearance, and use favorites, playlists and your journal to organize your experience. The downloads section lets you manage content downloaded in the app.
Developed by Dr. Pablo Chalita, BLS therapy offers different ways to listen, write, reflect and practice emotional wellbeing.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
BLS therapy is a wellbeing, education and self-care tool. It does not provide diagnoses or replace psychotherapy, medical care or medication prescribed by a professional.
