About this app

Your recipe book and your shopping list, finally in the same app.

BlueList keeps your recipes, turns them into a shopping list in one tap, and stays with you all the way to the checkout.

RECIPES YOUR WAY
• Create recipes with a cover photo, time, servings, ingredients with amount and unit, and numbered steps.
• Split a recipe into parts (dough, filling, sauce) when things get serious.
• Import by pasting a link: BlueList reads recipe pages and YouTube videos and fills in the fields for you, with AI that runs inside your phone.
• Search by name or by ingredient.

A SHOPPING LIST YOU'LL ACTUALLY USE
• Send a recipe's ingredients to a list in one tap: all of them, or only the part you're missing.
• Catalogue with more than 340 everyday products in 14 categories, with search and per-item notes ("brand X", "the big one").
• Tick off what's already in the trolley and watch the progress: pending and bought.
• Give each list its supermarket's logo and recognise it at a glance: more than 300 chains across Europe, the US, Latin America and Asia.

COOKBOOKS AND WEEKLY MENU
• Group your recipes into cookbooks with a photo or colour cover.
• Plan breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks in the calendar, by week or by month.

LOYALTY CARDS
• Scan the barcode of your supermarket loyalty cards, or type the number in by hand.
• Show them full screen at maximum brightness: the scanner catches them first time.

ON YOUR WATCH (Wear OS)
• Open your shopping lists on the watch and tick off what you pick up.
• Show the barcode of your supermarket cards on your wrist.

SHARE WITH WHOEVER COOKS WITH YOU (Premium)
• Send a recipe, a cookbook or a shopping list as a link.
• Shared lists update in real time: when someone at home ticks off the milk, you see it.
• Receiving and importing what other people share with you is free.

FREE AND PREMIUM, NO SMALL PRINT
Free: unlimited recipes, lists, cookbooks, calendar and cards, stored on your phone. Zero ads, always.
Premium: cloud backup and sync across your devices, plus sharing recipes, cookbooks and lists.

THE AI IMPORT, IN DETAIL
Paste the link of a recipe page or a YouTube video and BlueList fills in the title, the photo, the time, the servings, the ingredients with their amounts and the numbered steps. The model is Gemini Nano and it runs inside the device, through AICore: the text never leaves your phone, it costs nothing and it needs no account. If the system doesn't have it ready already, it downloads the first time and stays available for every app. The app has to stay open while it reads.
It only works where Google offers Gemini Nano for this API: today Pixel 9 and 10, Galaxy S26 and Z Fold7, Xiaomi 14T Pro, 15, 15T, 15 Ultra, 17 and Pad Mini, OnePlus 13 and 15, OPPO Find X8, Find X9, Find N5 and Reno 14 and 15 Pro, vivo X200 and X300, Honor Magic 7, Magic 8 Pro and Magic V5, POCO F7 Ultra, F8 and X7 Pro, realme GT 7 Pro and GT 7T, iQOO 13 and 15, Motorola Razr Ultra, Sharp AQUOS R11 and the Lenovo Idea Tab Pro Gen 2 and Legion Tab Gen 5 tablets. Google keeps the up-to-date list at developers.google.com/ml-kit/genai
On any other device the rest of BlueList works the same and you add your recipes by hand.

ALSO
19 languages, light or dark theme, and not a single ad in any version.
A free account is required (email or Google). You can delete it, with all your data, from inside the app.
From recipe book to checkout: recipes, lists, weekly menu and loyalty cards.
