I'm a foreign user and a fan of BNK48 and CGM48, and it works wonders. Well, I had to translate the opening statements (TC's and Privacy Policies) but it's great. I can watch watch my idols and I can also top up to support and send gifts to my idols. Shame there are features that I can't do being foreign (cuz of e-KYC), but overall it's a great app. I'm only a casual user so idk if the app has problems, but i didn't encounter any problems with any features accessible for me.

It's a very good app especially since we can connect with the members! although my notifications aren't working ☹ when a member goes live it notifies me just fine but when i go to the notification bar it always display "no notifications". oh and i hope even after the pandemic the GREETING YOU ONLINE could still be availabe especially for the international fans. overall the app is great 😁 thank you 💜 more power to iAM, BNK48, CGM48 🙌🏽 update: the notifications came back so 5 star!

I love the app. The live feed works great but the only problem is the notification, especially the "member voice". Pressing download buttong wont start the download of the member voice notification sound. Hopefully you fix this issue soon.
