I am a new customer and am so far disappointed that I've signed up with them for a contract. The phone app is incredibly slow with very few settings & options. It lags so badly that I can't pick up a phone call. I press the green answer button and nothing happens, I press it again and still nothing, multiple attempts to answer the phone later and it times out to answerphone. It's not a WiFi or signal problem as previous VoIP systems worked fine. Please could someone upgrade this terrible app!

I recently updated my device to v3.0, but I have been facing issues with missed calls as I am not receiving any notifications despite granting all necessary permissions. I am also concerned about some privacy issues. Unfortunately, I haven't been able to resolve these problems yet, and it has been quite frustrating.

Dreadful app.... Very slow and often not able to answer calls. Doesn't work with WiFi. Upgrading to V3.00 was a mistake.
