Unable to turn off entrance notifications keeping other notifications enabled. I am the administrator and want to see all notifications, but as I rent out the appartment I dont want to be disturbed by entrance request notifications. Raised this request couple times by phone, looks like still not addressed

Thank you for your valuable feedback. That's a great suggestion, and we completely understand your use case. We're planning to add more granular notification controls so you can disable entrance call notifications while keeping other important notifications enabled. Thank you for helping us improve Boon!

So far half of the time I've been using this app it was on maintenance. I now live at 9th floor, and unlocking the door manually sometimes may be tiresome. But not that frustrating when you cannot get back home unless someone else opens the door for you, of course. I would at least advise scheduling maintenance during night hours. And it would be nice to be informed about it beforehand.

If app is working it ok, but frequently its not operating normal, having at least 3 frustrating moments in a week . I will not recommend this app to anyone.
