Bortio is a private car maintenance log and vehicle expense tracker. Keep service records, fuel costs, mileage, reminders, receipts and documents in one clear ownership history. Understand what your vehicle really costs and see what needs attention next.

Built for cars, motorcycles, scooters and mopeds:

• Record maintenance, repairs, fuel, charging, insurance, inspections and other expenses
• Track mileage, running costs and cost per kilometre
• Set reminders by date or distance
• Scan receipts on your device and review an editable draft before saving
• Attach photos and documents to each record
• Keep country and registration plate changes in the vehicle timeline
• Record expenses in different currencies with the exchange rate saved for each entry
• Transfer a vehicle card or its history only when you choose

Start free with one active vehicle. Local Pro expands your Garage to five active vehicles, removes ads and adds a full local Garage backup. Your existing history remains available if your plan changes.

Privacy by design:

Core vehicle records and attachments are stored on your device. Receipt text recognition runs on the device, not through a cloud AI service. No account is required to start.

Your vehicle history is entered by you; Bortio does not claim to independently verify it.

What’s new

Bortio now speaks your language — ten of them: English, Deutsch, Español, Français, Polski, Português (BR), Română, Русский, Türkçe and 简体中文. Choose yours at first launch or in Settings.

Country and currency are finally easy to set:
• every country in the world, not a short list
• matches show up as you type — three letters are enough
• search in your own alphabet, whatever language the app is in
• currency names in your language
