Do you have a pile of returnable bottles at home, but you can't get to the vending machine? Or maybe you want to earn some extra pocket money while keeping your neighborhood clean? Discover Botlo – Poland's first waste-sharing app that connects people with resources with those willing to collect and cash them in.
How does it work?
You list: Do you have empty containers? Wrap them in a package, add a short note (e.g., "two bags of bottles under an oak tree"), and post an ad in 30 seconds. You'll be free from the hassle without leaving home!
Or maybe you want to pick one up? As a Botler, you easily browse the map of your area, book a package, and pick it up from a neighbor, student, or local business.
How do you earn money? You take collected bottles and cans to the nearest vending machine (deposit machine), and the entire deposit goes straight to your pocket. No contract, no boss, whenever you want!
Why is it worth having Botlo?
1. Deposit Scanner: Not sure if you'll get a refund for a given bottle? Use our barcode scanner – you'll find out in seconds whether the packaging is covered by the deposit system and its value (0.50 groszy or 1 złoty).
2. Vending Machine Map: Find the nearest operating return point. Thanks to community reports, you'll know in real time whether a given vending machine is currently full.
