This is an app for the headquarters of "B-SAM (Blind Sailing Assist Mie)", a system that supports visually impaired people to sail (yacht competitions) more safely and enjoyably.
This app has functions such as constantly sending location information as a target buoy (mark) to the server and managing the race (management function of the target buoy in the player app, function to check the time when position information was last sent).
In order to run the race, the latest location information must be sent to the server even when the screen is in sleep mode, so we require permission to acquire location information in the background.
