BUBLE – Safe Communication for Children
BUBLE is a parent-controlled app that introduces children to digital communication in a safe, structured, and guided environment. It allows children to learn how to communicate through messaging and calling while ensuring parents remain fully in control of who they can connect with, what features are available, and how the app is used.
With BUBLE, children are never exposed to strangers, public profiles, or open social networks. All communication happens within a closed, parent-approved network, ensuring every interaction is safe, intentional, and supervised.
Parents create and manage their child’s account, approve all contacts, and gradually unlock features as the child grows. This step-by-step system helps children build confidence and digital communication skills at a pace that matches their development.
BUBLE is designed with age-based progression:
• Younger children begin with simple voice messages and prewritten communication tools, allowing them to express themselves without needing to type.
• As they grow, they gain access to text messaging, voice messages, and one-on-one chats with approved contacts.
• Older children can use expanded communication features such as group chats, calling, and optional media sharing, always under parental control.
Screen time is managed through built-in limits set by parents. When the daily limit is reached, the app becomes restricted, while still allowing essential contact with parents or trusted individuals.
BUBLE does not include ads, public feeds, algorithm-driven content, or data selling. The focus is on calm, safe communication without distractions or external influence.
Additional safety features include full parental oversight of contacts and activity, optional content controls, and transparency tools that help parents guide their child’s digital experience. Children are not searchable in the app, and no unsolicited contact is possible.
BUBLE also supports optional school integration, allowing teachers to be part of a trusted communication network. A safety alert feature enables children to quickly notify a teacher or parent if they feel unsafe.
Optional location sharing can be enabled by parents for added reassurance, with settings that adapt as the child grows to provide appropriate levels of transparency.
BUBLE grows with the child, supporting a gradual transition from basic communication to more independent digital interaction, always within a safe and controlled environment. It helps families build healthy digital habits, communication skills, and online safety awareness from the start.
