CallTech Agent is a professional VoIP softphone application designed for virtual PBX agents to manage corporate calls from their mobile devices.

It allows you to make and answer outgoing calls from your corporate virtual PBX line, whether in the field or on the go, without having to stay at a fixed computer. All conversations proceed through your company's VoIP infrastructure, your personal phone bill is not affected, and call records are processed into your corporate system.

▸ TERMS OF USE
This application can only be used by agents registered on the CallTech corporate virtual PBX platform. An account and extension number created by your manager are required to use it. It is not suitable for individual use.
▸ PERMISSIONS
The application requires the following permissions to function properly:
• Microphone — audio transmission during voice calls (no audio is recorded)
• Notification — incoming call alert
• Full-screen notification — opening the incoming call interface on the lock screen
• Background service — keeping the call connection alive
• Battery optimization exception (recommended) — to prevent missed incoming calls
• Restart after reboot — restarting the call listener when the device reboots

• Android 8.0 (API 26) and above
• Active internet connection (4G/5G/Wi-Fi)
