About this app
The primary goal of Campus is a 'students-only' social network that can facilitate your entire student life! It is exclusively available to students with a valid email address from a Flemish university or college in Ghent, Leuven, Antwerp, and Hasselt.
It includes (among other things): associations and events you can participate in, an overview of study locations, and even a digital student code! The app also suggests what might be a good fit for you, depending on your behavior and location.
Unlike traditional social media, you do not have to constantly open our app and scroll through a feed. When something relevant happens, you will receive a push notification.
All kinds of associations are on Campus, ranging from the classic student club that organizes singalongs to associations centered around a specific hobby or interest. Associations have a president and admins and can organize events. They can also send out a general push notification to members for quick communication.
We want to ensure that you are only kept informed about things that interest you. That is why we occasionally ask you what interests you. We use your interests to suggest events, places to eat and drink, student associations, and, if you wish, even new friends.
We want to help you enrich your student life by connecting you with people. But you do this 'face to face'. To make a connection, scan a person's QR code when you are physically together. After that, you can chat and share things with each other. Say goodbye to friend requests!
Currently only available in Ghent, Leuven, Hasselt, and Antwerp for students with an email address from UGent, HOGENT, Artevelde, LUCA, KUL, UCLL, KdG, AP, Odisee, PXL, UHasselt, Thomas More, or UAntwerpen.
