For family members of seniors and for parents whose child needs support, even into adulthood. Carilo records what you do every day and compiles it into a report for the assessment.
During the assessment appointment, a professional will spend an hour with you to gain a comprehensive understanding of your daily life. This is the daily routine you experience every day: washing, feeding, administering medication, providing guidance, comforting, and getting up at night.
Carilo fills this gap. Simply tap the activity, select the duration, and it's recorded, including the time and area of focus. The result is a clean PDF report that you can take with you to the appointment.
WHO CARILO IS FOR
• Family members of seniors: for mothers, fathers, partners, or elderly people, including those with dementia.
• Parents of children: for children with diabetes, autism, ADHD, or Down syndrome, with customizable buttons and the comparison to peers used in the assessment for children.
Carilo • Parents of adult children: Carilo will continue to address you as parents, even if your daughter or son is an adult. The report will then follow the rules for adults. Buttons like "Task guided step by step" or "Help with planning day or week" make visible what takes up time in everyday life.
IT'S THAT EASY
• Quick entry: Select activity, tap the duration using the quick-select option, and save. You can add information about the need for assistance and a note.
• All areas of assessment: personal hygiene, nutrition, mobility, medication and therapy, cognitive abilities, behavior, daily routine, and social contacts.
• For families with children: one button for what's happening right now and one for the night.
• Add medication once, then record the intake with a tap.
• A checklist with the documents you need for the appointment.

THE REPORT
Carilo generates a PDF from your entries: time period, frequency, duration per area, nighttime assistance, medications, and appointments. This is the overview that counts at your appointment and helps with any appeals.
FOR GERMANY, AUSTRIA, AND SWITZERLAND
Germany: Care levels 1 to 5, organized according to the assessment modules.
Austria: Care levels 1 to 7, with the monthly care hours that determine the level.
Switzerland: Disability allowance (mild, moderate, severe), with nighttime assistance specifically listed.
MARIE, YOUR COMPANION
Marie, an illustrated companion, explains each step in calm language and, upon request, formulates notes and a summary of the report. Only the necessary information is shared with an external AI service (a language model), only with your explicit consent and without your name. Without your consent, Carilo functions entirely without AI.
WHAT CARILO IS
Your diary, not a medical device: no diagnoses, no treatment advice. What you write down makes your everyday life visible for assessment. The decision rests solely with the responsible authority; no one can promise a specific outcome.
YOUR DATA
No tracking, no advertising, no resale. Information about children is never shared with advertising or analytics services. You can delete your account and all data at any time in the settings.
THE SUBSCRIPTION
You can try Carilo free for three days, after which it continues as an annual subscription. You can see the price for your country in the app before purchasing. You can cancel at any time in the subscription settings on Google Play. One subscription covers the entire shared diary.
