About this app

CarPulse is the shared app for car repair workshops and their customers, made in Hungary by Blaze Data Solution Kft. One app, two modes: as a car owner you follow your repair, as a workshop you run your jobs.

FOR CAR OWNERS (free)
• Workshop finder on a map: find a workshop nearby, with reviews and contact details.
• Report a problem with photos or video, and mark the damage on a car diagram.
• Live repair tracking: progress in %, the current stage and photos of the work.
• Extra work approval: the workshop sends what it found with a photo and an estimated amount, and you say yes or no item by item.
• Certificate of completion: at handover you get a digital record of what was done.
• Maintenance reminders: oil change, inspection, tyre change and other recurring tasks.
• Digital service book: every repair of your car on one timeline.
• Messages with the workshop for each job, with photos.
• Rate the workshop after the repair.

FOR WORKSHOPS
• Today: the home screen shows what matters today — new requests, active jobs, cars waiting for approval or handover.
• Jobs: tasks, stages, photos and the progress in % that your customer sees too.
• Quick estimate and an approval link, also for customers who do not have the app.
• Digital inspection with a checklist and photos.
• Handover with a signature, recorded so it cannot be changed afterwards.
• Calendar for appointments and promised completion times.

GOOD TO KNOW
• Workshops start with a 14-day free trial, no credit card needed. After that, the workshop plans are paid subscriptions; prices and terms are shown in the app and on the website before you buy.
• Car owners use the app for free.
• CarPulse is not invoicing software: it gives estimated amounts, not invoices ("Estimated amount, not an invoice").
• The app is available in Hungarian, English and German.
