About this app

CenterPilot voice/text attendance app will simplify attendance taking for participants in the USDA Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP) allowing hands free voice commands and/or touch screen entry to record attendances by name at the point of meal service. This app works in conjunction with our web based program for current CenterPilot clients. (Not yet a client? Check us out here: www.centerpilot.com)

For voice attendance, just say, "Take Attendance" follow the prompts to simply state the meal, date and classroom, and CenterPilot will accurately record meal attendances as the names of participants are spoken. Take multitasking to a new level as you pour milk, wipe chins and complete attendance records at the point of service.
To take attendance with text, just type in your commands and follow the prompts. Attendance is saved immediately in your online application.

What’s new

TEXT, TAP, or SPEAK into the app to take attendance for meals in CACFP centers at the point of service. Works in conjunction with CenterPilot web based program.
