Not a government app. Certbound is an independent study app from WaveApp LLC and does not represent the FAA or any other government agency. It is practice, not the test. Every official source is linked at the end of this description, starting with 14 CFR Part 107 on eCFR: https://www.ecfr.gov/current/title-14/chapter-I/subchapter-F/part-107
Part 107 practice tests for the FAA remote pilot knowledge test, the test behind the drone license. Each answer has an explanation and its source.
Start free with the FAA’s 46 published sample questions. The questions are the FAA’s; answers and explanations are by Certbound. Two Certbound questions in each of the five areas are also free.
Lifetime · Part 107 includes:
• 697 questions mapped to 176 FAA-S-ACS-10B knowledge codes: 528 text and 169 figure questions
• 60 questions using dated sectional-chart, legend and Chart Supplement crops, plus the retained testing-supplement practice
• 60-question, 2-hour mock exams with current PSI topic weights, a 70% reference line and question review before submitting
• ACS-code lookup and targeted practice for codes on a knowledge-test report
• Guess marks that keep uncertain answers in review without changing scores
• An educational METAR/TAF decoder, recurrent-topic practice and a link to the FAA’s free recurrent course
• Private question notes
• Progress by area, missed questions, bookmarks and voluntary local exam feedback
Pay once. Nothing expires or renews. Future Part 107 bank updates are included while this listing is on sale; other exams are separate. Google Play handles refunds.
No account. Study records stay on your device, with free JSON export and confirmed deletion. The app sends anonymous usage counts and scores. Notes, question text, typed codes and weather text are never sent.
Dated chart crops are for study, not navigation. The decoder is not live weather or a flight briefing. Recurrent practice is not FAA training. No promise of complete current-exam image coverage or a passing score.
Questions are written from public-domain US government texts, and every source is listed in the app. The official originals, if you want to check us:
