Chaize is the reservation management app designed for independent restaurants. Track your service, take incoming phone reservations, and reconnect with your regulars—all from your mobile device, whether you're in the dining room or at the bar.

As soon as you open the app: the number of reservations and covers expected today, the weekly total, today's no-shows, and a list of your upcoming arrivals.

ALL YOUR RESERVATIONS, DAY BY DAY
A monthly calendar shows you busy days at a glance. Select a date and get the service details: time, name, number of people, phone number, and status of each table.

During service, each reservation is handled with a single tap:

- Seat, when the table arrives
- No-show, when the table doesn't show up
- Cancel, with automatic notification to the customer

A customer calls? Add their reservation in seconds without leaving the bar.

The app is the mobile companion to the Chaize platform. From your computer, you install a customizable and multilingual booking module on your website, organize your seating plan, set your hours and capacity, and view your statistics. Confirmations and reminders are automatically sent by email to reduce no-shows.

Your customers book directly with you, reflecting your brand, without going through a directory that promotes your competitors.

NO COMMISSION
You pay a fixed monthly subscription, never a percentage of your covers. Whether you serve 50 or 500 people per week, the price remains the same. Your customers' contact information belongs to you and can be exported at any time.
