I am trying to login again but this app shows something went wrong and it didn't show my purchased course and there is no helpline number which is in working conditions please help me to login my purchased course again

the app quality is very bad,and the teaching method of teachers is not good. they only doing formality. they never did any practice session in 2025 -26.

Worst app experience. Totally unsatisfied. I forgot my password, but there is no proper option to reset or renew it. The app only says “Contact Chandra Institute,” but nobody replies or resolves the issue. Very poor support service and frustrating experience for students.😭😭😭😭
