The Chat App brings your company's customer service system to Android, with mobile-friendly navigation, a neutral look, and access to your account features.
HOW TO GET STARTED
Enter the URL of your compatible system and log in with your usual username and password. The address will be saved for future access. An active account on a compatible system is required; the application does not create a subscription or unlock paid features.
YOUR MOBILE CUSTOMER SERVICE
• Navigate through the Inbox, Contacts, and Kanban tabs.
• Find other modules available for your account in the More menu.
• Use files, camera, and microphone for customer service functions, subject to your authorization.
• Save attachments and files to your chosen Android destination.
• Receive notifications of new messages available for your customer service, according to your preferences and permissions.
• Tap the notification to open the corresponding service request.
• Switch systems with session and local data clearing.
PRIVACY AND CONTROL
After logging in, the application will request your permission to receive notifications. Notifications may show the sender and a message preview, according to account preferences and privacy settings on Android. You can disable them through the app settings. Device permissions are requested according to the feature used. Deletion of personal access can be requested from authenticated support through the app, with a tracking protocol. The privacy policy, terms of use, and deletion guidelines are available in the app.
ADMINISTRATIVE USE IN CLINICS
Compatible systems may offer optional integrations for patient contacts, appointment dates and statuses, and administrative reminders. The Chat App is not intended for diagnosis, treatment, or clinical decisions and is not a medical device.
Access to the system requires internet. Features and integrations depend on the account, plan, and company permissions. The app does not contain advertisements.
