About this app

Do the inventory/inventory/warehouse survey in an easy and practical way, scanning the barcode and/or QR Code.
The APP is ideal for any type of activity (industries, factories or commerce in general).
You can withdraw in two ways:
1) Unique Barcodes - where the product in stock is controlled by the individual barcode, that is, each product has a unique barcode of its own throughout the company's stock. Usually used in industries, to identify individual products (plates...)
2) Grouping by Quantity - where the quantity of products is controlled, that is, a single barcode can have several items. Usually used in general trade, such as supermarkets, building materials...).

Need to do the survey? Easy!
Just follow the steps:
• Click on [MENU] and select the way you will carry out the survey: grouping quantity or single barcodes. The default is single barcodes.
• If you are going to group the quantity, you can enter the quantity with each barcode reading. Just select the option in [MENU].
• You can inform the RESPONSIBLE, that is, who is doing the reading, if you want. Just click on [MENU] and fill in the specific field.
• You can inform the LOCATION, that is, the location that you are picking up the item from the stock. Example: Shelf X; Y shed; Z row.
• Generate a CSV spreadsheet (columns separated by semicolons) in your management system with your stock, containing 3 columns: CODIGO_DE_BARRA; PRODUCT CODE; PRODUCT'S NAME. If you want a template, just download it on the IMPORT CSV screen;
• Import the CSV file to APP Check Estoque;
• Scan product barcodes;
o If the APP identifies that the barcode does not exist in the imported spreadsheet, a message will be displayed: "Product not found, enter the NAME", so that you can fill in the product name;
o Individual barcodes:
 If the APP identifies that the barcode has already been read, a message will be displayed: "Duplicate product! Please provide name/remark"
o Grouping by Quantity / Informing Quantity:
 After scanning the barcode, a screen will appear to fill in the amount.
• When you complete your inventory/reading, you have available:
o Divergence Report: this is the list of all scanned barcodes that were NOT found in the spreadsheet you imported and the DUPLICATES*, which are the codes that you scanned more than once.
o Export Survey: is a CSV spreadsheet, with all products: C - loaded/imported; E - found (they are in stock); N - new (wasn't in your spreadsheet); D - duplicates* (you read more than once). In addition to the location, responsible and date/time data of the reading.
 From the exported spreadsheet, you can make the necessary changes in your management system.
• When clicking on each status/quantity ("Uploaded", "New", "Found", "Duplicates"), a list of codes will be displayed, which can be exported in CSV.
• There is also the possibility of manually including the bar code, in case the label has problems printing and the reader cannot scan.
