This app has no customer service! This is a huge inconvenience to families that want to visit their loved ones! They have dropped 5 of my video visits with my son and have yet to put my data I had to buy back on my account! They tell you to submit a ticket but you never get your money back or no contact from the customer number they provide! I'm contacting Huntsville to see what I can do to report this system and get my money from the visits they dropped! This phone system is the worse ever!

I like how you can talk to others whom are expericing the same or similar things/problems the same as myself! I wish they would come back with the being able to get credit/points what ever for watching videos 📹👀👁 to help with messaging on the video 📹/phone 📱📲☎️📞🤳..I didn't have the app downloaded at that time hut know people who did.

New version of app sucks. It used to be great. The people are great but don't plan on getting points until hours later if you even get them. Would not count on it to be able to talk to your loved ones. So frustrating
