Terrible. 1. Does not allow more than one card to be used at a time. 2. Can't look at menu first before starting order. 3. It crashes but the store actually gets your order but you don't know til you get there. 4. Perks are hard to use because it isn't clear whether they are being applied or not til after you pay. 5. They refuse to list nutritional information. 6. Under the drinks, it lists options that aren't even optional for certain drinks. I go here because I get gift cards from people.

Promotions work only sometimes. A few times now I've traveled to the closest City Brew location due to a promotion, only to find out that the discount vanished. I asked if the workers could adjust the price to make it right, nope. The closest location is almost 30 miles from me, one way. I've had to email support and eventually get an apology and reimbursement from the management on a few occasions. Tonight, yet again, promo for $1 off didn't work. The app usually gets blamed by staff.

I downloaded this app when I first heard about it but have never been able to log into my account. I have contacted customer support and got a response a few weeks later. I tried what they suggested, and when that didn't work, contacted them again. Have not heard back and it's been probably around 2 months. Now I am getting a different message about having trouble sending me a SMS text with a code. I am very excited to finally have a City Brew app, so I hope they get the bugs out soon.
