CleanPal is the phone app for house cleaners who work for themselves. Price a job in seconds, keep every client's address, gate code and notes in one place, and see who is due next.

PRICE ANY HOUSE IN SECONDS
• Set what you want to make per hour and how long a typical 3 bed, 2 bath takes you. CleanPal works out every quote from your own time.
• Tap New quote and go step by step: who it's for, the kind of clean (first, standard, deep or move-out), the home, then pets, how often and extras.
• Every quote shows about how long the job will take and what it pays you per hour.
• Quoting a client again? Tap her name and the quote is filled in from her last one.
• Want a different number? Tap Adjust and type your price.
• Text this quote opens your own Messages app with the quote written and addressed to your client. You tap send.
• Ask for a deposit: add a deposit request with your Venmo, Cash App, Zelle, PayPal or other payment link. Your client pays you directly.

EVERY CLIENT IN ONE PLACE
• Add a client with just a name, and fill in the rest later: address, gate or door code, phone, usual price, how often you clean, and notes.
• A client's page shows the gate code in big print with Copy, the address with Maps, and Call and Text buttons.
• Each line of your notes shows as its own tag, so "Dog: Max" and "No bleach" read as two things to remember.
• Take photos of a client's home: 1 per client on Free, more on Pro. They're stored privately: only your account can open them.
• Search finds a client by name, address or gate code.
• Have your clients in a notebook, a spreadsheet or your phone? Snap a photo, upload a file or type a quick list. CleanPal's AI reads it, and you check every client before anything is saved.

SEE WHO'S DUE
• Home shows clients whose next clean is overdue or in the next 7 days, soonest first.
• The Calendar shows your cleans one day at a time, with the week in a strip at the top, built from each client's next clean and how often you clean them.
• Tap Done when you finish. CleanPal updates the last clean date and books the next clean for clients who repeat.
• Move or cancel a clean, and text your client the new time.

REMINDERS AND THE EVENING EMAIL (PRO)
• The Reminders screen lists tomorrow's cleans, each with a reminder text ready to send from your own phone. The texts come from your own number and cost nothing.
• The evening email to you lists tomorrow's cleans around 6 PM, only on days you have cleans. Turn it off anytime.

GET PAID (PRO)
• Send an invoice with a line for each way your client can pay you. CleanPal never handles the money.
• Money shows what you did this month, what you've been paid, and who still owes you.
• Nudge a client about an unpaid invoice, and mark it paid when the money comes in.

YOUR QUOTE LINK (PRO)
• Share one link anywhere. Homeowners pick their home, see your price and leave their phone number so you can text them back.
• They never see your rates, only the price.

ENGLISH AND SPANISH
• CleanPal works in English and Spanish. Switch with EN or ES at the top of every screen.
• Quotes, invoices and reminder texts are written in the language you choose, and in Spanish they speak to your client as "usted".
