Clinvi brings together everything a psychology practice needs in one place,
without the paperwork and the hassle of using four different programs.

A SCHEDULE THAT WORKS FOR YOU
Schedule individual or recurring sessions and leave the confirmation to Clinvi.
The patient receives a reminder on WhatsApp 24 hours in advance and responds with a tap.

You open the app and already know who confirmed, who wants to reschedule, and who hasn't responded. Integration with Google Calendar to keep everything synchronized.

AI-BASED SESSION TRANSCRIPTION
Record the session and receive the transcript along with a structured clinical summary,
with the main complaint, reported content, observations, and treatment plan. The recording continues with the screen locked, and the audio is discarded after transcription.

You review, adjust as you wish, and the text goes into the patient's record.

ELECTRONIC MEDICAL RECORD
Session-by-session progress, anamnesis via link that the patient answers before the first consultation, case formulation and complete history. All exportable to PDF when you need it.

FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT WITHOUT SPREADSHEETS
Income, expenses, packages and installments. See what has already been received, what is still to be received and the monthly projection. Ready-to-use reports to send to the accountant.

DOCUMENTS AND SIGNATURES
Contracts, declarations and certificates from ready-made templates, with electronic signature and direct delivery to the patient.

INVOICE AND HEALTH PRESCRIPTION
Issuance of electronic invoices and entry into the Health Prescription system directly from the system, without typing twice (available in the Performance plan).

MADE WITH LGPD COMPLIANCE AT THE CENTER
Patient data is sensitive health data. Each account is isolated, traffic is encrypted, and nothing is shared with third parties for advertising.

The Clinvi subscription is contracted and managed on the clinvi.app website. This app is the access point for professionals who already subscribe.
