• Discussion of real cases, the "what would you do?" scenario, to practice decision-making under pressure

• Practical simulations of the most frightening procedures (resuscitation, CPAP, IV access)

• Support sessions addressing fear, imposter syndrome, and the weight of decision-making
Two independent tracks, no prerequisites: the Essential track establishes the foundation for shift work (delivery room, resuscitation, stabilization); the Experts track delves into critically ill newborns, management, and communication. You choose the track that makes sense for your current situation.
