This is the worst PO box company, they literally refuse to ship my package, but when I offered another US address so I can ship with another company they want to charge me 147USD even the address I provided is so close to thier shipment hub. Trust me don't be like me and ship your product and they will will start charging you like 1000$.

App isn't open (stuck on the logo) since last update. Regarding service, there is no breakdown of "service charges" provided or clearly mentioned if it includes VAT, Customs etc. Shipment tracking information is without a date and time. From their UK hub shipment information isn't regularly updated. Waiting for a shipment of syllabus books since last 9 working days (and 13 calendar days) and it is still in trasit.
