Naipes Transparente is the field team tool at Naipes Consultoria. It was designed for researchers who administer questionnaires in person and need to securely record each interview, even without an internet connection.
HOW IT WORKS
The researcher logs in with credentials provided by Naipes and sees only the surveys assigned to them, each with the application period, location, and approach guidelines defined by the coordinator. When starting an interview, the questionnaire is presented question by question, in the order defined by the coordination.
WHAT THE APP DOES
• Questionnaires with single-choice, multiple-choice, and open-ended questions
• Recording of interviewee data: name, phone number, address, and neighborhood
• Audio recording of the interview for auditing and later verification
• Photo recording during data collection
• GPS location capture at the time of the interview
• Counter of interviews already conducted in each survey
WORKS WITHOUT INTERNET
This is the central part of the application. All responses, audio, and photos are saved to the device's own memory, allowing work in rural areas, areas with weak signal, or inside buildings. As soon as the connection returns, the app automatically sends everything that was pending to Naipes' servers, without the researcher needing to do anything. No interview is lost due to lack of signal.
PRIVACY AND CONSENT
Before starting data collection, the interviewee is informed about the purpose of the research and expressly authorizes the processing of their data, in accordance with the General Data Protection Law (LGPD). Responses are treated anonymously and confidentially, and data travels only between the researcher's device and Naipes' servers.
RESTRICTED ACCESS
This is not a general-use application. Access is exclusive to researchers accredited by Naipes Consultoria, using a login and password provided by the company. It is not possible to create an account through the application.
