About this app

ConstructiveCore Field Ops is the field companion to ConstructiveCore, the
construction management platform crews and back offices run on. It puts the day's
work, the time clock, and the paperwork in one place — built for a phone on a job
site, not a desk.

WHAT YOUR CREW GETS

• Time clock — clock in and out in one tap, start and end breaks, and see the
shift running. Crew leaders can clock their whole crew in or out from a single
screen instead of chasing everyone down.

• Today's assignments — every job assigned to the crew, with the site address,
the purchase order, the budget, and the line items. Tap to navigate, read the
notes, or open the drawings.

• Job-site route tracking — while a worker is on the clock, the app records the
route so time at each site and travel between sites is a fact rather than a
recollection. Supervisors see where the crew worked that day without calling to
ask.

• Clock-in reminders — on days a crew has work assigned, arriving at the job site
can trigger a reminder to clock in, so a forgotten punch doesn't become a
payroll correction later.

• Field submissions — photos, notes, documents, and forms from the site, attached
to the job they belong to.

• Messages — reach the office or the crew without leaving the app.

BUILT FOR THE FIELD

Works on a bad connection: punches and submissions are stored on the device and
sync when signal returns. Sign-in is a phone number and a PIN, because crews
should not need an email account to start a shift. Available in English and
Spanish.

ABOUT LOCATION

Route recording only runs between clocking in and clocking out, and pauses
automatically for breaks. It continues in the background while the phone is
locked, so a full shift's route is captured without keeping the app open. Nothing
is recorded while a worker is off the clock. Location is used only for the
employer's own time-tracking and job-costing records — it is never sold and never
used for advertising. Workers are shown an explainer and asked to confirm before
background tracking is turned on, and declining never blocks clocking in or out.

REQUIRES AN EMPLOYER ACCOUNT

Field Ops is used by employees of companies that subscribe to ConstructiveCore.
It is not a standalone app — your employer creates your account and you sign in
with the phone number they have on file. If your company does not use
