ControlOne Terminal turns an Android tablet into your company's time and attendance system. Placed at the entrance, it records who arrives and at what time, eliminating the need for notebooks or a proprietary reader that only the supplier can repair.
WORKS OFFLINE
If the connection drops, people continue clocking in. The clock-ins are stored encrypted on the tablet and automatically sent when the network is restored. No one has to do anything.
THREE TIME AND CHECK-IN MODES
Each terminal operates with a single mode, selected by the supervisor:
• Facial recognition: the person stands in front of the terminal and clocks in.
• QR code ID: the person holds their ID card up to the camera.
• Dynamic QR code: the terminal displays a code that changes every few seconds, and the employee scans it with their own mobile phone.
LOCKED INTO ITS FUNCTION
The tablet is locked to the application: it cannot be minimized or used for anything else. The supervisor unlocks it with their PIN when maintenance is required.
PRIVACY FIRST
Facial recognition is handled within the device. What is sent to the server is who clocked in and when, never anyone's face.
DESIGNED FOR MULTIPLE LOCATIONS
Each terminal is activated with your company's code and records attendance on the web panel, where management views the clock-ins, makes any necessary adjustments, and generates monthly reports ready for approval.
IMPORTANT
This application is for companies already using ControlOne. To get started, you need an activation code generated from your company's panel. If your organization doesn't yet use ControlOne, contact us and we'll show you how it works.
