In the application you can qualitatively prepare for testing Delta Test 3.0 (Convention Plus):
- questions are grouped by position and function
- creation of an unlimited number of tests in training or exam mode
- in training mode, hints with correct answers are available (questions with answers and comments)
- in exam mode, passing a timed test (imitation of an exam in the ICC in the port) or without a time limit
- adding questions to favorites
- viewing information about testing: result and detailed information on testing, list of questions with answers

- Second engineer of a sea vessel with a main propulsion system of 3000 kW or more - control level
- Second engineer of a marine vessel with a main propulsion system from 750 to 3000 kW - control level
- Mechanical watch on a sea vessel with a main propulsion system with a power of 750 kW or more - operating level
