Very disappointing experience. On 3 June, I made a payment through the app, but the vending machine failed to dispense the product. The amount was deducted immediately, yet I have not received a refund even after several days. I have raised multiple support tickets and followed up repeatedly, but there has been no meaningful response or resolution. Customer support appears unresponsive, and there is no transparency regarding the refund status.

The range of products added in the machine are terrible. 5 trays of the same unibic biscuits are filled which no one is interested in purchasing. Similarly, more than half of the products are just dumped here which no one buys. I have raised this issue to change the machine with big basket for a better range of products.

do not use this app. I bought a product through the app but the vending machine failed to deliver. I tried vending it through the app and that failed as well. Then I cancelled the purchase but till this date and time. I've still not recieved the refund. I've raised multiple tickets and still recieved no resolution. I always get that generic system message after raising a ticket but after that nothing happens.
