Extremely poor and frustrating customer service! The machine keeps lagging, money gets deducted, and the product doesn’t even get delivered. Then, when we request a refund, you ask for a mountain of details, take forever to respond, and STILL don’t refund the money. You are quick to deduct money but unbelievably slow when it comes to returning it. This is completely unacceptable. Refund the money immediately and fix your pathetic service.

I ordered a couple of times. However every single time there used to be some other issue with the vending machine. Upon raising ticket I don't get any help. I have barely ever received a refund and it is very difficult to reach out to the support team and it has been close to three days and I have not received any response nor a refund.

Very disappointing experience. On 3 June, I made a payment through the app, but the vending machine failed to dispense the product. The amount was deducted immediately, yet I have not received a refund even after several days. I have raised multiple support tickets and followed up repeatedly, but there has been no meaningful response or resolution. Customer support appears unresponsive, and there is no transparency regarding the refund status.
