the worst ever app, these people are just fraud, I raised a ticket to get my refund as when I paid for my order the vending machine didn't work, i ordered 3 items for 2 quantity each I did payment but vending machine didn't worked so I tried to contact them and there support team it's been whole day now, I'm tired of reaching out to them for refund sharing the screenshots for payment, tried both website and application, nothing worked.

worst app ever I have ever seen. I purchased something from the vending machine but not my received my products after the payment get debited and also I mailed them but didn't receive any response from them and there is no customer care number also. Totally fraud app

expect phone app orders not to work 50% of times. vending mc does not accept pick up code, they cancel orders and then refund after cancellation fee. that to as points not to original payment mode. only recourse is whatsapp bot which just raises ticket.
