Multiple times money was deducted but items didn’t vend. Out of 4 cases, only 1 refund came through, that too after delays. Customer care is useless—half the requests are ignored, refunds don’t come on time, and even refunded amounts get reversed later. Feels like a gimmick more than support. Edit: The issue is resolved now after mailing them. Refund is under process seemingly. But still I wish the customer care to be even better and easy to deal with.

Experience was the best until recently. Now I am not getting promised cashback rewards in the wallet even after successful completion of order and pick up. Developers please look into this. When contacted help & support on whatsapp, I was told that the issue will be resolved in 24 hours yet the issue remains.

Automated Scammers. I wonder how a dummy business like could be so successful. You people have machines that don't work properly, a customer support number from the USA that doesn't exist, you know people won't come crying for ₹ 10-20. Great. Keep it up!
