About this app

DanceCraft is the app for independent partner-dance teachers — and the students they teach. Scheduling, lesson notes, and student progress live in one place built specifically for dance, so you spend less time on admin and more time on the floor.
If you teach private dance lessons, you know the chaos: bookings in Instagram DMs, reminders in your head, notes in three different apps. DanceCraft replaces that patchwork with one home for your whole practice.
For dance teachers

Set your availability once and let students self-book within your rules — no more endless back-and-forth to find a time
Manage your schedule, roster, pricing, and packages in one calendar
Turn a post-lesson voice memo into a clean recap with focus areas and homework — documentation that finally gets done
Message every student in-app instead of juggling WhatsApp, Instagram, and texts
Track which lessons are paid or unpaid
Get found by new students with a discoverable public profile
Teach online with built-in Zoom, Google Meet, and Microsoft Teams

For dance students

Discover great teachers near you and book lessons in a few taps
Keep a beautiful record of every drill, recap, and breakthrough
Track your progress style by style, lesson after lesson
See your homework and upcoming lessons at a glance

Private dance lessons, beautifully managed.
