REMOTE MANAGEMENT AND CENTRALIZED CONTROL

DataSmart provides complete device control from a centralized web dashboard. Devices are activated using a unique license code, enabling real-time monitoring. Administrators monitor multiple devices simultaneously from a single console, simplifying the management of entire fleets.

ENTERPRISE KIOSK MODE

The platform includes an advanced kiosk mode that locks the device to a single application, ideal for advertising displays, point-of-sale systems, and display devices. SIM CARD CONTROL

DataSmart offers SIM card management with remote locking and unlocking. Administrators receive instant notifications of unauthorized SIM card changes and can protect against the misuse of corporate phone lines. This functionality is useful for managing multiple lines on field devices.

PAYMENT LOCK SYSTEM

Automated system for locking devices based on pending payments. Devices are automatically locked according to configured due dates and unlocked remotely upon payment confirmation. It maintains a complete transaction history and status for each device.

GPS LOCATION AND TRACKING

Real-time location tracking via GPS. Administrators can view location history, configure geofencing alerts, and manage devices with or without integrated GPS. This functionality is essential for vehicle fleets and mobile work teams.

LICENSE AND UPDATE MANAGEMENT

Unique license code system for device activation and renewal control. Supports multiple environments such as development, staging, and production. Updates are distributed over-the-air (OTA), enabling automatic updates without user intervention and centralized version control.

MULTI-DEVICE COMPATIBILITY

Compatible with Android smartphones, tablets, Android TV devices, and dedicated enterprise equipment. Works with Android 8.0 or higher and is optimized for various types of enterprise hardware.
