Radio Vila Velha offers training courses in management, operation, and transmission for frequency-modulated community radio stations, and transmission lines via amplifiers and loudspeakers (radio poles) and the web. It aggregates and unites community radio stations that so desire, creating network systems within municipalities and states throughout Brazil and worldwide.
Provides guidance and advice to community radio stations, web radio stations, and modulated radio stations on programs and development plans within Brazilian municipalities and states.
