I have used this app for years, but when I recently tried to get in on my android app, It does not work, getting messages that says the app keeps crashing. I can still get in on the website, but I have lost at least the last 2 years of entries, which is very sad. Am copying what I can before the website no longer works. Have emailed the developer but No response. They are in Russia, so not expecting much.

I've used this app for over two years ( the free version ) and I rate it very highly. Simple to use, there are useful additions to totally personalise the app. I had a glitch on the phone in early 2019 whereby I had to download all my apps, phone numbers, songs, etc to Google and go back to factory settings. When matters cleared, I couldn't get back my entries prior to April 2019. If you, as developers, can advise me how to get the lost entries back, that would be terrific. A great app.

Over 6years of use. This app gave me a space to clear my mind and spill my heart. Now I no longer have access to my entries. It's sad really. As I have not only lost my past thoughts and journey. But also some important but not critical information that I preferred to store on the app. Could have been due to the hacking in Russia in 2016. Or could be that the developer with the vision has passed away and no one cares to keep it alive anymore. It's really sad. But I guess we have to accept it.
